My name is Sandy Magnus and I have been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor since 2016. I have always struggled with my health since I was a young girl. I was overweight and did not have good eating habits. Even as a competitive figure skater, I did not pay too much attention to my nutrition. As an adult, married and raising two children, I fell into the trap of neglecting my health. I became pre-diabetic and during both pregnancies I was on insulin to prevent any complications during child birth. It wasn't until 2016 when I decded that my habits were not serving me. I decided to work on myself with proper nutrition and exercise. This ignited my passion to become a Health Coach and Fitness Trainer. Through my transformation I became a different person. I had clarity and intention with my life. I not only lost the weight, but I gained a new perspective and mindset on health.
